Here's my dog Summit after passing her Therapy Dog evaluation twice in one day - once for me and once for my wife. Unfortunately she tore her ACL two days later chasing birds and having a grand time. She is now recuperating from her surgery.
Went to a dachshund gathering last Saturday and Ifound this long haired version appealing.

Awe,,So sorry sometimes it's too much like family lost! Actually it IS! Hope you can eventually find a new family member to ease the pain! They give so much, as you know!

my daughters Rotti and Great Dane both have since passed, me and the dogs when they were moving to Ca, my old Silver he was 22 when he passed, Midnight was 16 when she passed from cancer, Wally was a neighbours little dog he was blind and had diabetes but such a love bug only liked cats no dogs

This is "Fern" our now 10 year-old rescue chocolate lab. She was found running in a busy street with no license and shortly thereafter we adopted her from the pound. Some photos of our "wonder dog" Fern and some of the joy she has brought into our lives. chase

Hurley belonged to grand daughters teacher, Pixels second day at Doggie daycare they didn't know where he had disappeared to then spotted him in one of the big water bowls he was warm lol, he is in a fairyland background, then we go to the Bellagio 5 times a year for his photo shoots each time they change seasons, I had permission from Angler to post Sammie and Digger
