On June 3, I went on a pelagic out of Cape Canaveral. We went out 60 miles, to the east side of the Gulf Stream. It was fairly calm, but we didn't see many birds.
I used a Canon 7D MK II, and a 100-400 II lens.
Audubon's Shearwater
Black-capped Petrel
Cory's Shearwater
Sooty Tern
White-tailed Tropicbird
Wilson's Storm-Petrel
Nice set, there are some very unique and interesting birds in your shots.
Nice set Robert
What program did you type your name in to use as a water mark.
Thank you.
If you mean the copyright and signature, I used Photoshop.
Great set, Rob, and I may have seen some of these while offshore sometimes, but wasn't able to identify any of them!
Great shots of birds you don't often see. That must have been an exciting excursion for you.
Thank you.
One would expect to see those birds on a pelagic out of Cape Canaveral at this time of year.
It was exciting.
Very nice set, I have the Canon 7D Mark II also but I have not been able to get pictures like you did yet.
I put the camera away for a couple years just got it back out having problems with motion pictures, my birds are mostly little ones I have not mastered the right setting yet I also used several different lens, have you got any advise for me?
Thanks
