Softbox Speedring (Insert and Base Plate) for Alien Bees Strobe Light B400, B800, B1600

I have recently purchased 2 of these to use on my 24x24 softboxes, and they are too big. They are 7 1/2 inches from outer diameter and I need 6 1/4 from outer, anyone know where I could get a couple like that?

I have a Paul C Buff DigiBee DB800 strobe. You can get replacement speedrings from them.

I have been using Alien Bees since 2007 and have never had a problem.
Are these rings made by Paul c. Buff? and are the soft boxes made by Buff? if not either get boxes to fit the rings or vise versa.
