Pictures taken at Zoo Miami over the Memorial Day weekend. Veterans were given free admission. Enjoyed the day until my foot started bothering me from my Diabetic Nueropathy. Still enjoyed seeing the animals in their large habitats. Seems like every time I go to the zoo the animals pose for me. Unfortunately the new gorillas weren't in their habitat due to their being in quarantine. If you ever go to the zoo be prepared to spend a whole day there.

Thanks ebbote. I love going to the Zoo Miami. The animal habitats are big & the animals seem so satisfied with their surroundings. It does take at least a day to see the whole thing. They are constantly upgrading the animal enclosures. The kids love the petting zoo area. Come to think of it, so do I. Again thanks for the positive comment.

The largest zoo I went to was the San Diego Zoo in California it is massive and that was in the early 70s.
