Today I will be taking bridal photos of our soon to be niece at the Presidents mansion and around some other spots in Tuscaloosa. Went to the areas yesterday around the time of day we will be doing the photos. Time will be 5pm and there will be shade at most places. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. Nothing that is a 'pay' job but she likes working with me on the photos. It's experience that I'll be gaining and I'm doing some homework on the computer to get my creative eye juices to flowing.:) Got aggravated with my off camera flash trying to be 'in line' for it to trigger without a sync cord but think I'll use the cord anyway. Have a reflector to help with lighting.
so to all my UHH buds out there, I hope you will send me lots of thoughts around the time we will be shooting. Wouldn't mind you sharing some of your 'creative juices' either :-) .

Do what you can and what you can WILL be good enough. Relax and have fun girl. =)

Deanna! You will do just fine. Smile a lot, shoot down low, up high, wide angle, use continuous shooting mode, don't discard any shots and have a backup camera. Sometimes things go wrong but that can be the best part of the day. Can't wait to see your work! Xoxo

I am new here, but have a thought. Sometimes the camera seems to know when you love the people being photographed, and it tries to do a better job.
