Just kidding! I must have a guilty conscience and I'm bouncing off the walls! LOL! We're packing for our Yellowstone trip which begins next sunday! Acting like a couple of kids going to Disneyworld...Kind of tough when you need a vacation from retirement!
I just finished planting a few days ago, so enjoyment is a ways out! We were just mentioning that we have have to make special efforts for veggies and greens on the road. I could enjoy Ok anytime!

be prepared for a helluvalot of dead trees at Yellowstone...Personally I like Rocky Mountain Natl forest in Colorado much better than Yellowstone...the Geysers are cool but otherwise RM is more my style..either one presents a lot of foto-ops..

We're partial to the Lamar Valley area and northern half of the park, which is not to belittle the eastern side. I'm sure the north side of the Madison River isn't too nice and basically the fire damage shouldn't hurt too much. It's our favorite place in the lower US and the hiking years are about over.
In our area it is not wise to plant tomatoes or peppers and such before the end of May. It is not uncommon to have damaging frost. Peas go in roughly mid-march and then swiss chard,etc.
My wife won't move...grandkids here. She did encourage me to write if I decided otherwise.

DaveO...Thanks for the heads up. I taught for years at a residential boys school and between the gang members, street thugs and any other mentally unstable young man you could imagine I've pretty much heard and been called anything. So his little tantrums and name calling over Trump don't bother me, I just realize the source of the comments and laugh it off. Now if he had anything with substance to say that might rattle me.
