Prairie Sentinel with communication.

Hi All
This is an image from a completed book of these that I call sentinels of the prairies. This particular one is one of the few older wooden ones. Amazingly it has been received especially well. And oddly enough because of the collection of power lines. These I left in when I realized their importance after the PP.
I would like to hear the opinions of UHH peers, on something we usually revile and remove.
Thanks for looking RBorud
Hi, Russ,
This is one impressive, unique body of work crying out for a show. If one isn't in the works, it ought to be.

Your work might have started out as picture but everything here is now art. You have developed a style you can be proud of, congratulations. All well done.
PS. I'm going to look into this software.

I'm late to the party but I thank Linda for the link to this thread. I like this for a variety of reasons, most of all because this type of image relates to my neck of the woods and we have these type of sites throughout the state and region. I'm thinking you have to have a lot of foresight to put these together and I would love to be able to duplicate the concept but alas I lack in skill, creativity, software and time. As far as the question about leaving in the power lines, I tried visuallizing the image without them and it seems to me that without them the remaining picture would be rather indistinct. I'd leave them.
