COOL. I have an indoor studio strobe shot of an Monarch caterpillar. That is nice outdoors with the soft background.

Great shot and not overprocessed. I was just reading last night about what to plant for a butterfly garden. Swallowtails lay their eggs on dill and related plants such as fennel, parsley and carrots. Monarchs only lay on milkweeds.

We plant dill in various places in the yard just for these black swallowtail caterpillars. We have brought several inside so our granddaughters could watch the process and then when the butterfly apoears we all take it outside to release it.
