Any suggestions about a good extender to work on a Canon 75-300mm EF/DC motor. Thanks, Sandroots

try a kenko, either the 1.4 or the 2.0 should fit. auto focus probably won't work, but in most situations manual will get you by.

No. It is a very poor quality lens, and an extender will only make it worse. I understand you are looking for a magic bullet to get you more focal length. But extenders will reduce quality, period. Put one on a great lens with a fast maximum aperture, and you will get great results. Put it on a $200 plastic lens and you will not get those great results, and you won't have autofocus, and will have to manually focus using a very dark viewfinder. What is it that you are attempting to accomplish?

Gene,

Thanks for bringing me back into reality. I'll use your earlier message and this new one to remind me to work on my photo taking skills before spending any more. Sandroots
