Shot of my Father from 1930's. two thoughts...
1) How did the old Kodak produce the resolution to withstand zooming in on this shot?
2) How rare was the oval window on a Model A?

Nice shot. Old cameras used large format film, so that helps with resolution. As for the oval window, Model As were not rare, so I suspect the oval window wasn't rare, either.

While the wheels and gas cap look like 1929 Model A,are you really sure it is a Model A?

I found a site that said 29 was only year for the oval side window. Called the "Business Coupe"
Also called Doctor's Coupe

I can't answer your questions, Bill, but I love this shot! I have on of my dad when he was a little boy sitting on the running board of a car with his brother..probably around 19145! The car looks a lot like yours.
