TTurner, I also shoot every thing in JPEG, I have posted much of my work on UHH. I shoot every thing that can be photographed and photograph from pre sun up to past sun down, every thing is processed on my computer.

Another analog -> digital story, but not about photography: When my son was about 6 years old (that would be in 1993), he and my wife were walking past a store. He looked in the store window and saw a typewriter. He asked my wife, "Mommy, what's that?" She told him it was a "typewriter". Then she had to explain to him that a typewriter is like a computer and printer combination, but without a screen. His response was, "But why would anybody do that?"
Another analog -> digital story, but not about ... (show quote)

Reminds me of the story I heard years ago about a little girl looking through family photo albums. At a certain point she asked one of her parents, "When did the world go from black & white to color?"
