I have been in and out of the hospital with cancer, flu and renal failure since Dec of last year Things have changed. One baffler is how to access the iStock page. It seems that now they use an ESP. Support has sent me my new user name and I have my password (I think) but I still cannot find the page to submit on nor my balance owed.
Can any of you fine Hogs send me some SIMPLE direction (as in contrast to Suppo....thanksrt) on how to get back on. I'm stymied
Thanks in advance

Don - I Googled iStock.com and, at the site, entered your name in the apparent "search" field (designated only by an image of a magnifying glass). In response iStock brought up over 400 photos. One is attached - Is this a photo you took? Click on the link to see it. /Ralph

Yes, it is. In the morning I'll aim in that direction. Any luck on what my balance is?
Prayers for healing and strength

Any balance info should be private, only available to you with User ID and password. /Ralph
Getty has transmogrified iStock drastically since acquiring it. As of a few months ago, iStock appears to no longer supply account balance. They just send you a check once you've crossed the minimum $100 mark. It seems to be much more difficult for a member to learn much of anything w/o jumping through many hoops. I parted ways with Getty/iStock a coupla months ago.
