Not very good in low light. What are you using them for?

Never heard of them, not impressed, I will stay with Nikon lens, unless I cannot afford them, then I will wait until I can afford them.

$87.99 for a 500mm lens is a waste of $87.99. Sorry.

The cost should give you a hint , if there close to cost of a Canon, nikon , but not over they should be fairly equivalent, but if there half the cost or less stay away if there 3/4 the cost of a Canon or nikon , you might as well buy the Canon or nikon . And that goes for all lens that
Are different than the norm in name , until they are proven, Sigma is one who can compete in the short lens , but they still don't come close in there 600mm zooms . They have a winner in the 18-36 -mm but it's large for its size

If you buy them as "toys" they are OK.
If you buy them as lenses you will be depressed.

You get what you pay for. These are purely for complete newbies wanting to get their feet wet with long lenses. Like buying a beginning guitar student a $40 Walmart "Beginner's Guitar Kit" which has such horrible action that only an experienced guitarist would have the finger strength to hold the string against the fretboard to make a note sound clean. Clearly the student would be far better served by a moderate quality lens. It's a real dilemma.

These are pretty poor lenses that lack auto aperture control (you'll need to open the diaphragm to focus and compose, then stop the lens down manually to take the picture if you are not using the maximum apertures possible), there is no in camera focus confirmation so you will have to depend on your eyes for that, and the viewfinder at F8 is extremely dark, and even more so at F16. Bottom line it would be a $100 to $140 lesson learned about why if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is . . .Or you can save your $$$ towards a decent piece of gear that won't be so hard to work with.

On the other hand, the lens is available even cheaper on eBay with free shipping to boot. If it won't strain your budget, why not give it a try? It's not going to be the equal of the high priced spread but it might have a characteristic that you'd like for a certain condition and you'll never know unless you try. Besides, you can always put it back on eBay, recover at least part of your outlay and consider the difference an extended rental fee. Besides a few bucks, what have you got to lose? This is supposed to be fun, not a live fire exercise.

When I was poorer I purchased a lens like that and over the years I have taken a few decent wildlife pictures with it. However, i missed many a picture that I wish would have turned out. It helped fuel my desire to continue to hall around a 35mm Lens set but someday when you can afford it that proper lens like the Nikon 200-500 will be very satisfying.

Yea sure give it a try , I have a better way to try it ,with out even leaving your house , and you can try it right now , are you ready ,take the
Money that the lens would cost you out of your wallet, roll the money up in a page of newspaper, toss it in your fire place , now take a match or lighter and burn it , that would be the same end , only quicker. You are thinking the way that people who would buy it would . There would be not one thing good about this. Trust Me , better yet you buy it
