Very nice shots. By your pseudonym I would assume that you like to take pictures of ducks.

Thank you Bud for the nice compliment, and for stopping by and having a look. You would be correct about my pseudonym...I truly enjoy photographing waterfowl.
Beautiful shots....I have never seen these ducks, they sure are pretty!
Cindy...thank you for the compliment. Cinnamon teal are found in your neck of the woods in the summer months. They are probably not too common, and in the summer they molt, loosing much of that beautiful red color. We get them here in the winter months when they are in full plumage.
Outstanding shots of these beautiful birds!

great shots, love No.3
Thanks rusty nails...It's always a bit more of a challenge for me to get a good shot of a bird in flight. That's why I too like #3.

Thanks for the thumbs up Two Feathers. I appreciate your stopping by for a look.
Beautiful bird and captures, Mike.... especially the last, which shows more of their colors!!

Sylvia, they really are a stunning bird to see on the marsh. The cinnamon color of the drakes is so noticeable. The red eyes are found on a number of ducks including wood ducks and canvasbacks. Red eyes are so cool looking.
I thank you for your kind compliment and for stopping by to have a look.
