Hi all,
New to the forum and Hedgehog. I've been reading posts for the last few weeks and haven't really found anyone with posts related to Pentax. I've found quite few good articles that have lead me to excellent utilities and tips that are general photography related, but I'm just curious if there are any Pentaxians present. Doesn't really matter -- just curious.
Thanks!!

We are here. It's just that the Hogg is filled with Canon and Nikon lemmings.

There are plenty of knowledgeable Pentaxians here, it's just that Ken isn't one of them!
Excellent!! I must admit that I am a Pentax fan-boy starting with ME Super from my younger days. I've stayed true to Pentax with my only deviation being a Sony a6000 mirror-less for shooting vintage glass (the Sony is a guilty pleasure, BTW). Nice to know Pentax is represented here and that Pentax-speak will be understood.
I look forward to seeing y'all around.

We have a section on UHH called 'The Attic' which unlike most domiciles is below ground and full of noxious liquid content. A place where any decent Pentaxian would not wish to venture.
Sometimes it is worth looking at where certain UHH members spend most of their time.
Now, for myself, I'm a Canon guy, but hold Pentax in high esteem among the major vendors. The ME and its descendants were / are very nice cameras.
Enjoy yourself here at UHH. You will soon find out who the informed Pentaxians are!

In digital I do shoot Canon, in film, 3 different brands and one of them is the the Pentax 645 nII (which I enjoy a big deal)! And I have shot with quite a few Pentax SLR's and really like the brand. To this day it's still the one with the most bang for your buck! I do use a lot of the Pentax lenses on my Canons as well. Great glass, beautifully made!!

I occasionally shoot 35mm with a K1000, does that count?

Pentax? Where have I heard that before....mmmm.
Now, now, this isn't the Attic. At least pretend that you are somewhat intelligent.

It isn't. So why do you spend so much time there? Is it some kind of fatal attraction?

If you wish to address me, then contact my assistant for an appointment.
I've got a mixed bag of Pentax -- both film and digital. ME Super film camera was my 1st 'real' camera and shot that until the digital K100D. Then upgraded to a K500 and ultimately to the K3. I still shoot the ME Super and various Pentax film cameras (K1000, K2, SuperA, Spotmatic-F and Honeywell/Pentax H1a), but recently acquired a 645, so I am anxious to start shooting and developing my own medium format film.
I've started collecting German and Japanese rangefinders as well as Yashica TLR's, but despite the multitude of cameras I have, my Pentax fanaticism remains.

Even if I wished to do that, you would need to provide your assistant's contact details. I guess that didn't occur to you!
Perhaps you should provide the contact details.
In the meantime this shows your modus operandi:
