On Site printing software

I own an event photography company and we offer printing on site. Over the years I have been using a company called Darkroom Professional as my event software company, and it works fine, but I am just not pleased. I am wondering if there is anyone out there that is in the same type of business that is using another vendor and why.

I have "Darkroom" too.
Expensive program.
Use it for green screen events.
Works well but it's not very intuitive.
Looking for options as myself.

I also use my for green screen, but I also to Commercial events, that jus want me to add a border, a logo are just a title. It works fine for all that . BUT, if you key gets damaged are some one loses it, you could be out of business in the middle of a job. The solution of course is to own extra keys at. $1500. a copy. When I go on a job I back up everything, But and extra $1500. for a back up I think is wrong, Give me a key code I can manually enter. A donegal (usb key) is just asking to be lost, stold, are damage. and you are correct it is not always the easiest software to deal with.
