Soligor Lens?

Can anyone tell me what happened to Soligor lenses. I bought two in the late 70s, but could not find them when I went digital.

According to information from this site: https://www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/3669002 they went bankrupt in 2012. You can still of course buy their lenses on ebay, and use them as manual lenses on modern cameras.

I have a Soligor and a Topcon in a closet that I bought in '71 in Japan,probably Canon mount.
