That reminds me. Back in the sixties, I was trying to cut a piece of Pyrex shelving. Only I didn't know it was Pyrex. After I had scored it, it still wouldn't break. So I tried heating it up with a torch. Then, all of a sudden, I heard a 'pow', and suddenly there was nothing in my hand. When I looked around, there were thousands of little pieces of glass all over the kitchen, and it didn't even cut my hand.
