SA, this is a well done silhouette. The subject is in deep black and the background is very bright. Too often one sees the subject too light. The model has great curves for a silhouette.
The wisp of rim lighting on nose-mouth-chin-neck is wonderful.
An ice cube would have made the nipple more pronounced.

Perhaps some ice down the front of your pants would do the same for you?
Quite tihe opposite effect, in my experience.

StarvingArtist, this is an interesting (I would have expected nothing less from you) take on a silhouette and leaves a lot to like and think about? The positive and negative shapes are very interesting, and like someone above mentioned the whisks of light on her neck and chin are genius, if done intentionally. If they are the result of luck, they are still genius. And because nothing photographically is ever perfect and could be improved, I respectfully offer a suggestion or two that might improve the overall photo. The large negative shape in the lower right side, the one that has the reddish shape (that might be a blanket or a carpet or even the top of a thigh) at the very bottom is too large and not very interesting - so, if you have an opportunity to reshoot, have your model raise her elbows, this would do at least two things for the photo, the first is that you could crop a little more on the camera right side to have a more interesting negative shape (at least I believe it would give you some options to do that without trimming off the models elbows), the second thing raised elbows would do is raise the models breasts a little, which I think would help the viewer see that they are indeed breasts, and not as I thought at first glance they were an overly rotund abdomen. I also think you may have misunderstood the above comment about ice on the nipples as I think it was related to my observation of the shape looking like an overly rotund abdomen because the expected nipples ARE difficult to identify and erect nipples would immediately have become the center if interest as well as eliminate the confusion (at least for me) on whether the shape is breast or abdomen as I have never seen nipples on a woman's' abdomen, but then again . . .
I have tried to write this short critique from as helpful a perspective as I am able, not from a frothy, nipple and breast focused male perspective as you assumed the above ice cube comment was, however if you respond in a similar manner, I'll place any future posts from you on my 'do not bother to respond list' and we'll save each other some time.

Outstanding, creative, well executed image to perfection.
I think showing the underside of the breast in shadow would complete the pose ... the lower half is cluttered hiding the shape of the breast.
