I have Paint Shop pro x9. Anyone else? Am trying to learn to use it.
I have Paint Shop Pro X9, but haven't installed it yet. I currently am using Paint Shop Pro X7. Paint Shop Pro is an excellent editing program. It will do everything I want and isn't expensive like Photoshop. Also, there's no need to pay a monthly fee. It's reasonably priced to upgrade when you want to. You will like Paint Shop Pro.

Been using PSP X8, before that X7 and X5. It is my main post processing software. Use Rawtherapee for RAW conversion which works smoothly with PSP. Also use NIK filters with PSP.
I could have upgraded to X9 for 25.00 but did not see any benefit to. Will keep an eye on the next version X10??.
Like any other post processing software the learning curve can be steep, but worth it once it all clicks with you. There is a lot in that software.

I've been using Paint Shop pro version 7.00 for so long I can't remember when I started. It is a great program easy to use! Like everything else, one step at a tiime.

The PS cult spend money better spent on plugins like Topaz that will work magic in moments that would take them hours, if ever.
I go back a long way in PSPro... latest transition from X7 to X9 when it came out.
I've been using it since it was a freeware program called JASC Paint Shop Pro in the early 90s. I have v. X9 plus Aftershot 3. I have several Topaz plug-ins plus those that come with Corel's Ultimate version.

I've also used it from the beginning. Still have the lessons which were easy (like today--ha) to learn. Free as well.
I use it and like it very much!
