icons on desktop

After I did the Creators update for Win 10 home I now have 2 almost half visible icons on my desktop that are the 1st one has this in it:
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21799
the 2nd has this:
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21769
IconResource=%SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll,-183
Can these be Deleted or moved somewhere other than my Desktop.
They are Desktop Properties. Help ramblin21

As long as they are just shortcuts they can be deleted without losing anything.
