Make your own slide copier.
The accompanying photos are the instructions. You will need a 1/4X2X20" hardwood slat from Home Depot , Lowes, or similar. Maybe get 2 just in case you mess up the first one. You will need a lens with macro capability.
You will also need a 1/4x20 screw to attach the camera.
I normally use manual focus and F8. Set ISO to 100. Make sure that you TURN OFF anti-shake. For a light source I use my monitor with a pure white screen. Shutter speed will not be a problem as the slide and camera move as one. I always use a lens brush and/or a blower to clean each slide I copy.
The Photo is a copy of an Ektachrome taken in 1965.
