Merry... we put in a small plastic pond just to hold the water lilies every year because the koi rip them to shreds if we don't. We filled it this weekend, no plants, just water and just before I spotted a frog hanging out under water!! I couldn't get a good shot because of the sun and I was shocked that he didn't skedaddle when he saw my shadow above him!! He's not very handsome, but at least I know I have a ribbit in my yard!!

What an interesting looking lizard; he looks like he is wearing a bib. He must be a messy eater. The color on the tree frog is enough to make on green with envy.
