Had a class assignment to do a composite of several images.
Great idea and a nice job.
Are you going to give him a copy?

What a good job you did. Has impact. You deserve an A+.
Were you thinking it would be a rough assignment?

Yes. He the son of a friend of mine.
Well, you obviously passed the assignment. Great photo.
That is tremendous. Jaw dropped. No idea how to do something like that. It was all the same jump right?
You did a great job!
I tried to put together four shots of a basketball being tossed into the hoop, but only 3 of them took in the merge. I hadn't started out trying to do the merge, I was just trying to shoot a pick-up game as practice for my digital photography class! So I was panning the camera just to try to catch the ball in stop action captures at higher speeds. My photo merge was an after thought in class, even my instructor didn't know how to do it and I ended up being the only person in that class to accomplish one.
I hope you enjoyed the experience, and that you plan to do more of them in the future!

It is multi images of one jump using 7 fps. Pick the images you are going to use and open them in PS. Drag one of the images on top of the base image and use the eraser to erase just enough of that layer to show the part of the layer below that that you want. Drag another image on top of that and erase to get the two images below. Keep doing this until you have used all images, then flatten the layers. It is really much easier than it seems.
While PS will do a pretty good job of lining up the stacked images, you will get better results if you shoot off of a tripod and DO NOT move the camera during the capture. If you do that, there is no lining up to do as the background stays the same.
