What is the function of the tripod you are considering? What is the weight of your lens and camera body that you want to put on it. What is your budget? With those answers, I can make a rational decision and suggestion.

In the link you have 17 users reviews. The head will not be as useful for photography and you will need to spend more money.
I just bought for $200 an Edmond ECF-432 carbon fiber tripod and I am very happy with it. It is not a Gitzo or a RRS tripod but it does not cost $1000 either and comes with a 5 years warranty.

That tripod has a portion of it's cost in features for video. If you don't need the fluid head for action shots and/or video then you can reduce the cost significantly??

I would suggest a budget carbon fiber. i use this for travel. Fits in my carry on.

or if your budget allows this one will give you more capacity:

If all of your lenses have stabilization, you don't need this tripod unless you are doing night photography. In which case this tripod may not do what you need it to do. What subject material do you like to shoot.

BTW, I know of no tripod that will not "support" what you have. Your worse case might be the 55-250 which will give you a combined weight of 945 g or just a hair over 2 lbs. But only the better ones will be stable enough to dampen sharpness-robbing vibrations. This tripod is not one of those.

Load capacity is NOT a reliable measure of stability.

Look at the MeFoto range. I have their smallest for traveling.

Take a look at Vanguard Pro. I have the 284CT carbon fiber model. (This particular one is discontinued for it is being upgraded.) I've had it bout 4 yrs with one minor problem with one of the legs locking down. I happen to be visiting family in MI, so I went by the office to have it checked out. They had it fixed in about 2 minutes. I would definitely buy another Vanguard if the need would arise.

It will be OK if you do not tax it heavily ( your biggest lens with longer shutter speeds ).

There are other larger/heavier/more stable tripods in this price range.
