I just had my computer fixed from Microsoft at $149.00 per yr.- after taking some photos on Easter I copied them from my SD card to a folder- then my CR2 files to another folder. When I opened my jpg folder all I see now are icons
that look like a square with a circle an a smaller square with a flower in it. Has anyone had this kind of problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated?
I use to be able to see the actual photos and not some Icon that represents the photo.
Found the answer Google is my buddy. Thanks to all

I just had my computer fixed from Microsoft at $14... (
show quote)
so, what is the answer? {inquiring minds want to know}
Regarding what I found is very simple to correct:Go to Control Panel and Select
Folder Options- Then select the View Tab- then the list shows a check box in show icons NOT thumb nails- Un-check that box and your pictures will show up as pictures not icons. See my attached Word 2007 file.
Hope this helps anyone with this problem
