Wouldn't be worth the shipping cost!

Even at such a low weight, a padded envelope plus postage would be in the range of $1.00 + or - and a new ring would cost from about $3 to $6 and often sets of rings cost about the same. There are often miscellaneous pieces of gear that are inexpensive that we no longer have use for, so maybe the place for them is on eBay.

Can I assume you think it's a bad idea to simply tape it to a small piece of cardboard and send it in a thin letter size envelope? If I folded the card/chipboard in half with the ring in the middle, I'm sure it would go thought the mail.
I can send it for the cost of a stamp and a 2 cent envelope. I see i can buy the same thing on E-bay for 99 cents with free shipping out of China! How do they get to send stuff sooooo cheap? E-bay's a hassle to sell on. Not hardly worth the effort, for a step up ring, that's so cheap. I was just taking the easy way out and post it here first.

I keep ebay alive. Anything I can think of that I want or need is for sale on ebay. And I don't have to drive anywhere or shop for hours. And I don't have to talk to someone that is not nearly as smart as he thinks he is. I would not, however, buy a car on ebay motors...unless it was located in my neighborhood. Ebay is my friend!
