They are American Avocets. What beautiful birds!!! Nice shot.

A duck hunter , that I went on the night flight with often , was asked by a young beginner that came with us , what kind ducks are we after,
I answered. The kind that Flys, . My friend says right , if it flies it dies . HE was the first to have a cap that had a duck head and neck with
That printed on the the front to of cap , that was in 1961.
