Try Cameta Camera, they have a one year warranty on their refurbished cameras. I have gotten a camera and two lenses from them. They were all in perfect condition, and worked flawlessly. They were all refurbished by Nikon. Try them out!!
I bought a "refurbished" Nikkor 24-120mm f4 G ED VR from B&H. About 45% off the cost of a new one. Turned out to be refurbished by Nikon, and has been a wonder to use. Instead of complaints, all I had were happy dances.
I have bought refurb from Cameta, never B&H. Cameta gives me excellent customer service, like B&H does but Cameta gives me a one year warranty that B&H does not.
B&H is a very reputable company and you should not have any problems buying refurb from them.

B&H backs there refurbished equipment but most come with a manufactures warranty of 30 days, B&H may offer a year of there own but make sure before you buy. Also check what the return policy is on refurbished vs. buying new.
Nikon refurbs have a standard 90-day warranty.

What kind of luck have any of you had that may have bought refurbished equipment from B&H? I am thinking specifically of a Nikon P900.
I have purchased P&S "Nikon factory refurbished" as well as several DSLRs, again, "Nikon factory refurbished", and every one was great. I have purchased other 3rd party refurbs from Tigerdirect, which were not so great. Though I buy more from Cameta, I've never had a bad experience with B&H.
I have bought refurbs from B&H, and had no problems with it.
