Teri, thanks for taking us around your neighborhood... It has very nice color
Yes I DO like all the big trees.
These pics are some of the roads I traveled on today.
Leaving my grandson's karate lessons. This is also the small neighboring town where I work.
I also went to college here to get my undergraduate degree.
It is the home of Bob Evans Farrms.
Another little village where we go to the movies and sometimes go out for fast food. I am going through here on my way into "town" to the pet shop and to pick up a pizza for our supper.
Waiting in the parking lot at Pizza Hut for our pizzas.
Home again with our food and 3 new gold fish. That is my drive way on the left.

I have to do it. DOn't know how to call it a city street shot, but it was a well attended grad party and I was thrilled with this picture. Love the eyes - all on the camera. One is my grandson and another a little friend.
HOW CUTE is that!! love the eyes sort of peeking around the dog....love it..
I just found a few more country roads shots that i don't think I have shown here - if you wanna go up this road you have to drive through the creek - 4 times

Catgirl, here is a pic of the smoke from the forest fires when we were at the carshow yesterday
The sky isn't bigger here than where you are, we are just alot closer to it....
Seems that way doesn't it... the further north you go the bigger the sky gets. Hope this fire and the one in NM/Az. aren't a portend of the summer. I hate to see the beautiful forests burn but worse - I hate to see homes and property in jeopardy..

Welcome to Day 162 :). Today we are going to take a look at City(or Country) Streets. By this I don't mean necessarily to just go out and photograph the pavement LOL... more like show us what you see everyday. Here in Tucson the 2nd Saturday of every month there is a street festival downtown. I've been here 3 years and never gone.. but since this challenge was coming up ... I thought what a great reason to go. So I went out in the 103 degree weather .. and when I got there this is what I found. The streets where the festival is every year ... are under construction. The city is renovating the trolly system and putting in new tracks. They were saying on the radio that it wouldn't affect the festival .. but see for yourself. Kind of difficult to squeeze several thousand people in a location that looks like this. I look forward to seeing what y'all come up with.
