Panasonic DMC-G7, 14-140 mm lens. 1/800 sec, f/7.1, auto ISO.

I've been told I can go even wider aperture with this mirrorless camera and still have nice dof for landscapes. I was too lazy to try this morning 'cause I just wanted to enjoy the sunshine, scenery and promise of spring

West of Toppenish, Washington, near a wildlife refuge. Shot in raw, edited in PS Elements and Nik Collection. Thanks for viewing!

You have some beautiful scenery to capture where you live Linda and you do it beautifully.

Is it like shooting fish in a barrel (do they have that saying Down Under), John? Thanks so much for commenting!

Thank you so much, Wayne! That required feedback from several discerning buddies before I "wrangled" it into something presentable

Looks like Mt Adams still hasn't escaped the throes of winter, Linda, but your shots of her are beautiful with all that blue and brown. The birds add much to the scene, and I love the added texture.

Thank you, Bill! I am, for sure. It's similar in focal length to the one I kept on my T3i most of the time. It's just so versatile for what I'm usually interested in, and the distance I might need And when I get sharp focus, I'm able to crop considerably, which is rather handy too!

Thank you, Donna! My brother's first question, "Did you add the birds?" HA - the age of Photoshop. In case anyone is curious, not only did I not add any, I didn't even have to clone anything weird or uninteresting out

I very much appreciate your visit.
