I am approaching 80 and so I remember the Studebaker but I cannot recall the convertable - only the hard top.

Fond memories from my time as a little girl with my grandmother in her Studebaker. Didn't know they made a convertible either. Thanks for sharing.

I've done some research on this. Actually Studebaker made only one 1953 Commander convertible as a prototype. All others were done by individuals by cutting the top off and creating the soft top and frame.
