The Fuji is an awesome camera...but I've been working more on birds in flight and just cannot get what I want from it. I recently tried a Nikon d500 and the focus for BIF is incredible. Going to have to deal with the weight issue and go back to a DSLR system.

The Angry Photographer (YouTube) says that the Fuji X-T2 is *better* than the Nikon for continuous autofocus on moving objects *if* you set the specific types of movement correctly. In addition, Fuji is releasing some radical firmware in a few days for the camera that will make the continuous AF even better.
