My son thought the same thing. He checked it out close and said it was paint. Except for the sign on the hood.

The "Mini" reminded me of a friend, and owner of a flooring company, who carpeted a car's exterior as a promotional effort. It drew a lot of attention but became difficult to drive when it became heavy and wet with rain.
