Dusted off my 14 year old Nikon 15mm fisheye lens for my garden walk, it's still an amazing lens even by today's standard.

Not just a great lens; more importantly, a fantastically talented photographer.

Beautiful photos! We've been meaning to visit and will definitely do so now. Google Maps says 1:10 from our home in the East Bay, so there is no excuse for not going. Thanks for posting.

Oh, nice images and color. Way to go on getting that older lens out! Which body did you put it on?

Try to make it next week, weather permitting, they are closed Monday, they open at 10:00 the best time is at the opening as it gets crowded around noon.

Thank you very much, I used it on a Nikon D800.

Thanks for the heads up. It looks like we won't be able to make it until next Friday at the earliest. I suspect it's a "zoo" on the weekends? I teach Tuesdays and Thursdays and my wife and I take care of grandchildren every day except Tuesday. We may have to wait until mid-June to make it on a weekday. Also, there is the traffic issue of getting there from the East Bay in the morning, but maybe by 1030 or so would be possible.

It's always nice there only now the tulips are in full bloom. Weekends should be ok as you don't have any school buses visiting.
