I am using a fairly new 27" I Mac with Photoshop CC 2017, I see when I try to use liquify the hand tool just shows, I can not get the brush tool to show. I have searched this on the web and see other people have this problem but no answers on how to fix this problem.
Am a amateur retoucher and this is really becoming a problem. Have any of the members of this group had this problem and what have you done about this, thank you for any help with this matter, Rich M.

I'm pretty new at PS so I'm not exactly sure what's going on. Have you tried applying the liquify shortcut to see if the brush comes up? On a PC the liquify shortcut is Shift-Ctrl-X. On a Mac I think it would be Command-Ctrl-X. Hope this helps a little.

I found out how to fix the problem, went into System Preferences and then clicked on ink, then unchecked "Allow me to Ink in any application, relaunch, then it worked, thanks to all who tried to help, Rich M.
