This one was a no brainer. Just shoot what's in front of you.
Breathtaking scenery beautifully photographed.
Wish I was there with my camera, a hot dog and a beer.

Beautiful scenery, nice photo. Were you using a polarized filter?
Yes there is a polarizer on a 24-105 Canon L lens. I ALWAYS shoot RAW. The dynamic range with RAW is absolutely addicting. Once you start, You'll never want to come home with only a jpg again. I do a lot of HDR interiors & RAW is the only way to go.
Thanks for your kind words.
Absolutely beautiful! Thanks for the post. I am just switching to raw and noticed you are a Canon user. Have you tried their software? I'm wondering if it's adequate or if I need to purchase something else.
I use Lightroom & Photoshop. My partner uses to Canon Camera RAW software first to do lens corrections etc.
Being in the right place at the right time is great but you took it a step further and took an outstanding landscape shot! Very well done.
Very beautiful image, Stanley!

Nice scene and a nice range of colors. Well done.

Yup. I'm pretty sure I would have taken that shot, too. But give yourself credit for a nice composition and perfect exposure.
Nothing like Colorful Colorado. Beauty everywhere in that state.
