what a sight! To look out at the fields of poppies,I have to think of Flanders Field. So bright and colorful,yet fragile and short lived. Love your series but not so crazy about the power lines. A necessary intrusion,I guess.

The rains must have helped this years crop! Years ago, I would try to time my visit in an attempt to hit the near peak... if it came on a weekend I had a chance. A real Kodachrome 64 moment.

The picyures taken at the bottom of the hill looking are the best. More flowers are seen that way.
