About a year ago I posted some close ups of eyes - mainly birds. We returned recently from a photo trip to the Texas Gulf coast and lower Rio Grande valley. Wow - lots of wildlife, especially birds. I got quite close to many of my subjects and the Nikon D500 crop sensor on the 200-500 lens helped too.
If you look closely a Great Blue Heron landing is reflected in this gator's eye

Those gator shots are a WOW!
But all were wonderful!
