Very slightly soft over the face but nothing that will take my dreams away. With wildlife high shutter speeds are a necessity because movements of birds or animal is always present.
This is a fine photograph although I wish the background was a better contributor to the environment where the birds live.

Slightly soft, you might consider using a faster shutter speed than 1/25 to insure that you 'freeze' the bird.

The 1/25 is why it looked soft to me. Don't know what your f-stop was, but closing it down a bit might help. 5.6 or 11.
