Hello.. I was looking for a photography site and took a liking to this one. I am new to photography and have a lot to learn. I retired after working in a violent place for 30 years and have been a Real Estate Agent for the last 10 yrs. I take mostly pictures of houses for work and just about anything else for recreation. I purchased what I hope is a very good camera to learn with. (Canon 7D). I hope I am not to new in photography to fit in here...

If you want to have some fun check out Photo Assignment on facebook. Our camera club- Camera club of eagle, also on facebook has set up photo assignment so anyone who wants too can participate. You can join both groups on facebook and if you live near Boise Idaho you can join the actual Camera club as well. Its likely a long shot on that one though.

You definitely can learn LOTS here. One is never too "new" or too "old" to learn. I learn from some of the questions "newbies" ask.
