Here is the other truck that was parked next to the old, red and rusty truck that I posted the other day. As we were driving by, they seemed to honk out at us to stop and shoot.... so we listened!!

Thanks alby for the ID... I just looked and I now see it on the front plate!! Glad you liked this and the other truck that was near it was a 1941 Chevy pickup that someone else ID'd for me!!

Angela, another nice pic of an old workhorse. Although Studebaker pickups did not change in general style during the '40's, the giveaway on your truck is the hood ornament which indicates that it might be a 1947.

One of the members ID'd this as a '47 Studebaker and the red truck was a '41 Chevy. I have a thing for shooting oldies but goodies so spotting these on the same day as the old house made it a special day!
