These may look cold to some. But the fact that I was standing on the beach and there was no ice means spring is coming! These were taken a couple of days ago. We had the highest winds we have seen in a long, long time. I had trouble standing up and holding the camera while taking these. But it was worth it! #2 was used on the weather station on CTV London. :-)

Like! That looks very angry!! Super cold, too!

I've been without a computer for a month and am just now learning how to get around my new one. None of my old photos (well, older than a month) are on it, and I don't have an editing program except for the rudimentary offering that's part of the computer. I always used Picasa but now it's time to get serious. For now this will do.

This is about the time of year I am ready for winter to be done. How about some "warm" images or ones that indicate "warm" is coming.

Looks great,SW! How frustrating is the loss of all your work! Looks like you've made the most of your resources and are going to recover very nicely!

It is always such a challenge to learn some of these new things! But you obviously have a handle on your photography! Love the POV of this!

Thanks. My work isn't truly lost, just temporarily lost to me (okay, lost--who else cares about it?) until I figure out this computer and get an editing program. Luckily all my stuff is already edited and just sitting on an external drive. I haven't even had the nerve to find out if my old printer works with this new gizmo. Why do I suspect not? But I appreciate your concern. UHH is good for that.

That is kind of you to say. As for the POV I made the best of what was available: This was a STEEP mountainside with treacherous footing. I wanted to see so much more...
