I'm going on a trip to Central Europe. I own two wonderful travel cameras and can't decide which to take. The bridge camera would eliminate the need for extra lenses. The mirror less, with a Panasonic 20mm, is better quality and would fit in my pocket. Additionally, I have the 12-50 and 40-150 for versatility. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Take the Panasonic and the extra lenses, it will likely take up less space and weigh less than the SX50, and you get better quality quality.

Is changing lenses that much of a problem for you? First priority, I would take the camera providing the best quality. Second priority, I would take the smaller camera. I don't see a real issue here.

If you are only shooting out of doors, the bridge camera will do a fine job. If you plan to shoot inside churches cathedrals, you need a fast lens and high ISO. Only a DSLR with good low light capabilities will do.

Why can't you take both? I would.

I once made the mistake of ordering an SX50. Sold it right away. There is a HUGE quality difference between the 2 systems. However, if you are happy with the results from the SX50, just carry it alone. I would take the EM10 II

I guess that depends on your standards. I was quite satisfied with ISO 400 images I took in {dark} mission churches when we went to Calif two years ago. I was using my Pentax Q-7, a 4.65 crop-factor MILC with its f/1.9 prime standard lens - its IBIS allowed me to go to rather slow shutter speeds.

The EM10 is a high quality mirrorless camera from a truly creative camera company. The SX50 is merely a bridge camera from Canon.

In what way is there a question here?
