Maine has 65 historic lighthouses on its' 5,000 miles of jagged coastline. Plenty to list. I assume you are a lighthouse fan there in Texas Pat.

My 1st date with my first wife was there in 1970!! We were married the next year and spent 2 years in Maine; haven't been back. Miss it terribly. Thank you for a great capture...and the memory (didn't have a camera then, seeing this is quite emotional.) The causeway was nearly a mile long; you didn't want to be out there if the fog rolled in...especially at night - the foghorn would blast you into the water!! (Second wife, after seeing this, hit me with a waffle iron....what memories?) Thanks again, Mark!!
