It's no wonder this dog is such a popular breed.
A beauty....dog and portrait. So well done.
Appropriate title with a fine example!
I seldom like pet pictures, but your portrait is outstanding. David
Very nice shot Bob.

Great shot - really like the lighting.
I agree and I like the lighting, too (Garbo lighting--above from the front).
Beautiful and excellent, Bob!
Very nice.
The people next door have one. When he was a puppy he could get under the fence and come spend time with our two little ones. A couple of times I found him sleeping in the family room with them in the morning. Now his whole head will not even fit through the hole. Sometimes I will find him with his nose stuck through and one of ours touching noses with him. He is lonely because the whole family works. I will talk to him through the fence and he responds even though it is a solid wood fence and we can't see each other. He also likes to go after the squirrels when they use the fence top to get away when my Tara chases them from the bird feeders. He gets up a head of steam and tries to run up the fence, there are claw marks in the wood almost to the top of the 6' fence.

Nice image Bob. I have 2 golden retrievers and you couldn't ask for a better dog than a golden or Labrador.
