Thank you for the compliment! I love horses. Lillee is one of my friend's horse. She was rated 5th in the country.

Thank you George! Ask and you shall receive :-) The first 3 photos were taken with my original camera, a Coolpix e5400, which was stolen out of my car. Then I upgraded to my Coolpix e5700.

Thank you Cheryl for putting the horses up. Love them! Great composition in 4 & 5 but I like them all. Something about the look of a horse that's special. Thanks again.....George

Thanks George - I couldn't agree more! Wileana is my mare. That was at her second Prix St. George test. She is now a Prix St. George horse. I love her dearly.

Thank you Angela. I had the best day that day taking pictures of the butterflies. They were all over the Butterfly Bush. I was hoping for a picture of a Monarch but one never came by. The sparrow was taken through my living room window where I have a brick of suet hung.

One came late in the afternoon that day but it never landed. I stayed watching for a long time but it never came back. Then the butterfly bush died last year. They really help attract butterflies. She didn't plant a new one. I had a blast that day taking photos of butterflies. Every photo came out great too.

Awww.... but at least you saw it!!! Last year I planted a milkweed plant near my butterfly bush in hopes to attract them and then they'll stay. We shall see!
You'll get lots of varieties if you have a butterfly bush in your garden, have fun! Take care!
