Doc took away my cheese omelettes but he didn't say i couldn't have chicken noodle omelettes.
Here is a twist on that old favorite "egg drop" .
Two eggs whisked in the bowl, add an undiluted can of condensed chicken noodle and
nuke for 3 minutes. Spice to taste. No cleanup required.
With a slice of toast or a sandwich its a meal that will satisfy and
if the brats have been running you ragged you can tell them its worms..

Yea Gods!!!!
Google 'how to cook'....There are about as many sites for this as there are for photography!!!

If you keep micro- waving on a waxed paper plate your going to end up bar-b-que'd.

its not about the cooking, i trade cooking tips with friends and they've been teasing me
about not showing them any pictures so i was just trying another one out.

Was hoping it might attract some suggestions on how to do better.
Shooting food isn't as easy as i thought it would be.

You usually need several light sources from different directions to be able to create texture and dimension in your images. One on camera light gives flat lighting. And they all should match in color temp(white balance) too.

yeh, doesn't it just make your tummy rumble in anticipation?
Great for sore throats and as a warmer upper after shoveling that driveway.
Actually i wanted to prepare my friends for what it would look like and
i tell little kids its worms because they wouldn't eat it when i said it was baby snakes.

I really like your recipe. It looks like something I would make. In fact, I can't wait until my wife is out of the house so I can give it a try. Campbells used to make chicken soup that actually had chicken fat in the can. Now its just colored water with salt added. Maybe with two eggs and not diluted with water would again make it edible. Nice picture.

do not dilute it, i used campbels. I used 3 minutes but my microwave is over 40 years old and may be getting weak, you might want to try maybe 2 minutes. 2 large eggs or 1 extra large. Add a little pat of butter before you nuke it.
And don't let your wife catch you or she'll ban you from the kitchen.

Not a problem oldtigger, that ship sailed a long time ago. That why I have to wait until my wife leaves the house.

Sunny Side Soup
If whisking an egg is too much bother or you prefer sunny sideup eggs but don't want to dirty a pan my new improved noodle soup is the answer.
Pour the broth from a can of low sodium chicken noodle in a bowl,
Add a slice of pepper jack cheese.
Place a large egg on the cheese - pierce the yolk 3 or 4 times.
Throw noodles around the edge to corral the egg and pour remaining noodles on top.
Sprinkle with sharp cheddar and pepper and nuke for 3 1/2 minutes.
Top with a pat of butter and serve with toast.
Your insurance agent may cancel your life policy but you'll die with a smile on your face and a happy tummy.

I tried it and it really was hardly worth eating. I'll stick to the old stand bys. But thanks for the idea.
