Beautiful shots, Bob! I especially like the Mockingbird. Growing up, there used to be one who would sing outside my window. Loved it!

Cathy Ann, I appreciate your visit! I have been feeding the birds for over 35 years at the same house and have had occasional visits from the Mockingbird (not frequently)...this is the first one to be reliably at the feeders every day and has no fear of me. The biggest plus for me is that his size, coloring and contrast appeal to my cameras auto-focus system. It seems that his photos are always in focus.

Horrible weekend here.... grey and wintery mix today on this Sunday!! My pc is up and running, but I seem to spend more time on my tablet because now I'm so nervous of getting another virus... so I'm not clicking on any links while on my pc

Angela, are you using a decent spam, virus blocker? If you do you should have no concerns. I actually use more than one because they specialize to a degree.

Glad you dropped in, Merry! The last two years, the Bluebirds have been daily visitors to my feeders (mainly the suet feeders using the homemade recipe furnished by Donna and enhanced by Angela) and have allowed me the pleasure of seeing the youngsters grow up from chicks. They are year round daily visitors. The really blue intensity of their coloring is a rare and wonderful sight.
