Listen folks, the day Trump announced this during his campaign, each and every thinking person in the western world knew it was a religious test, and thus unconstitutional--illegal AND unconstitutional.
When he wanted to sign the EO, he contacted Rudy as said find out how to camouflage a religious teas so that it wall pass muster.
Rudy failed.
There was clear documentation, during the campaign, before and after the election, and after the Inaugauration about what the intent was. Judges aren't stupid, much as you think so.
He can rewrite it and get it through, to our shame, and he probably will, but this instance was unanimously clear.

I agree with practically the entire nation that the EO is illegal and unconstitutional. Otherwise, I have no feeling towards is othere than is is UnAmerican.
